I appreciate being a Military Child for many reasons. First, as a Military child I get to travel to many places. I have been to Nevada, California, Idaho, Washington, Illinois, I was born in Utah and as of now I am living in Japan. Next, I have made many friends traveling as a Military child. First, one of them is my brother Jett who's my best friend and goes with me everywhere, and my other friends in kindergarten, first grade, second grade, third grade, fourth grade and some in Okinawa, Japan itself. Being a military child is different for me. My parents aren’t in the military, but they serve the military in different ways. My dad fixes different things for the military. I don't know what he fixes but that’s the only thing I know. My mom has always been a military child because my grandpa served the Air Force and then she married my dad who helps the military. There are many reasons I like being a military child. I enjoy traveling around and meeting new friends everywhere I go, eating new foods and exploring new places. Being a military child is one of the best things to happen to me and the saddest because I have left friends behind in the United States. Lastly, I know that in the future I will see more places, and I will meet new friends, meet old friends, try more new food but I will have fun wherever I go.
