Being a military child is fun but sad because my dad is going back to California for 4 weeks. But it is fun to be a military child because I get to go to new places. I traveled all around the world to get to Japan. I learned to speak Japanese and I ate Japanese food and had Japanese snacks.

You have to be away from your grandparents which is very sad. Even though it is hard, when I go to Illinois for the summer, it is really fun. One time we went to Illinois to see my grandparents and I made friends and I went fishing and my sisters came and my sister mila caught a turtle. Me and my sis Eva caught big fishes in the lake, and then we set the fishes free. And went home. I went to my room in happiness.

Now I will tell you why I hate being a military child. Fact 1, I have to leave my friends and it is sad. Fact 2, I have to go on a plane for a long time and I get tired of it fa
