Hi my name is Hayden, I think being a military child is awesome! I have lived in so many places like Illinois, Florida, and Okinawa, Japan. I currently live in Okinawa. The food here is mind-blowing to say the least! For example: I love the Wagyu steak, it's so juicy and tasty. I like to go to Sushi-Go-Round. Sushi-Go-Round has sushi, popcorn chicken and more. You order it on an ipad and it comes on a conveyor belt. They also have a game that after 5 plates if you do it super fast, you can win a prize!

However, sometimes I do not like being a military child because I have to move a lot and it's not fun to leave my friends. I do not like how often we move because I want to stay with my friends. My dad works in the Navy as a Boatswain Mate. It's so cool because my dad takes me on the ships with him and I get to see the inside of US Navy ships. I am proud to be a military child for so many reasons. Happy Military Month to all of my fellow military children!
