Sasebo Elementary School
Being a military child has to be hard because kids have to travel around the world a lot, go to different schools, and go through different things. They can get aggressive, depressed and be separated from loved-ones. Sometimes they have bad grades and end friendships. They have to go to new schools. Feeling isolated, their parents deploy, spending months and years away from home, and they move much more often than civilian families and often grow up in different palace’s.
They can have different moods and be really depressed because. They are separated from their family and from their homeland. They will be very aggressive because they have to travel around the world and miss their homeland. Even though it is tough being away from my homeland Guam, I have made new friends in my new school.
