Being a military child is challenging because they have to constantly move from different places. It is also a pain to have to keep moving to different places often. Furthermore, it is hard to leave friends at school. Especially if it is family that you are leaving behind. It is sad for the military children to see that they will not see their own dad/mom for a long time.

On the other hand, moving to other places can be exciting, but going to a new school can be worrying. It is not 100% guaranteed that military children can make friends at this new school they moved to. Moreover when a military child does make a new friend it is sad because their time in that area is usually limited. For a military child it can be hard to be introduced to a new scenery out of nowhere and for military children it can be hard to fit into the culture and speak their native language in that area. Things like stores and houses and the way people act is way different. For example, America and Japan have very different cultures. These are the reasons why being a military child is difficult and challenging.
