This is Yokota High School’s 50th anniversary

It is an amazing feat that is difficult to understand

For we seniors were not there at the beginning

If only it were possible to see the past

A time when the building, people, school system,

Even the seniors were all different

Maybe then we could understand

The significance of this anniversary

From the panthers of the past to those of the future

There has been so much growth of this school

It is an honor to graduate from here

Especially during this golden year
