All About My Dad
My Dad was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. He joined the Navy on February 26, 2003, the same day as my Mom’s birthday. He enjoys playing video games and watching sports. Some of my Dad’s favorite things are mac-n-cheese, cheesecake, and his favorite book is Manga Mentality.
On his days off, he likes to sleep! The most interesting thing about my Dad’s job is that he gets to travel, and he likes the people that he meets. The hardest things about moving is that we kids have to leave school and meet new friends each time. We’ve moved 15 times so far. We get better at it with practice. We just take one room at the time. Another difficult thing is that it never gets easy to say goodbye to friends and family. We never get used to it.
When my Dad is with his friends, they mostly play cards together. My Dad’s friends support him by always helping him when he’s in need.
The most interesting thing my Dad has ever done is to go to Hong Kong and see the place that “Rush Hour” was shot.
My Dad’s favorite thing about taking care of my brother and me is watching us grow and develop.
My Family One tradition that my family has is every New Year’s Eve, we go to a Temple.
