I am a military child.

I have to leave friends, and schools.

I always have to leave old lives, and lead new ones.

I am a military child.

It’s difficult and terrifying, but we always have to push through, and get over our fears of what happens next.

I am a military child.

It isn’t the best life ever, but it isn’t the worst either.

Maybe we should be grateful that we are able to travel this much.

I am a military child.

I am always thinking, “Will I be able to see my friends again?”

Somethimes…as a military child, we think, “When will I find my true home?”
