The Feelings of a Military Child

I’m a military child, and being a military child makes you feel a mix of emotions. You may feel sad, happy, lonely, and more. Most of all, you will feel proud. You will be proud that your parents contribute to the military.

Since you are a military child, you will move away from your familiar home. This may make you sad and lonely because you have to leave your friends behind.

Another way you may feel sad and lonely is when you have to wait for your parents to get home from work. You will feel lonely and sad, especially if you don't have siblings.

Still, you can be happy. Being a military child can give you and your family many privileges. Those privileges could be ones that only military children can have.

Being a military child can be hard on you. It may be tough to move away and lose your friends. Still, being a military child is an honor. An honor many people cherish.
