As a military child I get to move around a lot which is fun because I get to see a lot of places, but I have to say goodbye to my friends, teachers, and neighbors. Ever since I was four months old I moved around Washington a lot, but when my brother was born we had to move to Texas. We lived in El Paso for four years. That's where I started preschool and elementary. Once I got used to Texas we had to move to Japan. I personally like Japan because I was born here, but none of my family lives here. That means I left my cousins, grandparents, and great grandparents which is sad, but still fun to go on an airplane. My least favorite thing about being a military child is that I have to move every four years and say goodbye to my friends. That's what it's like being a military child.
