Killin Elementary School
Sometimes it's hard to be a military child. I had to fly a long way to get to my family a couple months ago. When a family member comes to visit, it can be a short visit or a long visit. I felt sad because I want to have more time with my grandma. I am also sad when my dad has to go on a trip and has to leave our family. I want to have time with him and I want to go with him because I miss him.
It can also be fun to be a military child. I feel happy when I make new friends every day and everywhere I move to. I like it when I go to a new country and learn new languages. When I am moving I feel happy but my friends miss me.
