One reason why it's hard to be a military child is that parents leave for work. When my dad goes on a deployment I miss him a lot but I know he will come back in my arms. Another reason why being a military child is challenging is because my mom has to work really hard while my dad is away. For example, she has to take care of 3 kids and do the dishes! That’s a lot of work.
But the benefit to being a military child is that you get to go to many places like Hawaii and Okinawa. Hawaii is amazing because when I was there I saw dolphins and beaches . One of the places in Hawaii is Hawaii Falls. It is a waterfall that might not be a place that you have gone to before.
