Killin Elementary School
It is hard being a military child because you are far from family. When I first moved to Okinawa, I moved from California, and my Grandpa stayed in California. It made me sad to be far away. It is also hard because you sometimes have to sell pets and you have to leave friends.
But, it is also pretty awesome being a military child because you can go to other countries and like them. For example, coming to Japan was awesome because the food is great. My favorite is shrimp sushi. And you can make new friends like Rockett. Rockett is my friend, and we play together at recess. That is why I think being a military child is great!
