Being a military child is fun. I think this because when you move it’s usually somewhere you've never been. Like I was born in California but now I'm in Okinawa, Japan. And you can see the WORLD!!! You can also travel in special planes.

Also, you can make a lot of new friends and see different cultures!

But being a military child is also not fun. I think this because when your parent gets deployed it is very sad. And when you get an extension, lots of your friends leave.

It is also really hard leaving my friends and family, like when I left the U.S. It is also hard to make friends sometimes.

So being a military child can be good and bad sometimes.
