MOMC

As a military child, I have experienced a lot of things that include moving, making friends, and learning new cultures. I hope people will be able to have the chance to experience what I experienced.

As a military child, I have moved two times. I was born in Pennsylvania and moved to North Carolina. Then I moved to Okinawa which is where I live now. Traveling is difficult, especially long plane rides. One time I was on a six-hour plane ride and a baby was crying the whole time . Since I moved, making friends was kind of difficult but I got used to it after I moved to Okinawa. Some people say making new friends is difficult and sometimes the reason is because they stay in the same city. Sometimes moving is difficult but I get to learn new cultures. Moving to Okinawa was a big culture change compared to the U.S.A.

As a military child, I hope some people get to do what I do. Being able to make friends, traveling, and learning new cultures is fun. Being a military child is tough at the beginning but in the end, fun and adventure are waiting for you.
