Being a military child

Hello, I will describe what it is like to be a military child. Being a military child is pretty cool. You get to explore a lot of countries and see what they have to offer. You can go all over the world and be a kid who has explored a lot of countries. But there are also bad things about being a military child. You leave each of those countries every 2-3 years. So that means when you meet new friends, you have to say goodbye to them every 2-3 years. That makes you sad because you got connected to those people and now must leave the country. But some people (like me) can extend their contract and stay 1+ year(s). So they can stay in the country longer, or even forever. But even that is kind of sad. Even though you are not the person saying goodbye, your friends are. You might be staying forever in one country, but not all others will. That makes you sad, saying goodbye to your friends who will leave the country. There are also times when your parents get deployed. This is hard and scary because you are afraid that you might lose a parent. So those are some things about being a military child, and thank you.
