There are many words to describe being a military child but the only one that I can think of is that it's interesting. When I say that I mean to think about it is interesting. I say this because most of us don't know what it's like to not be a military child. All we see is what life is like for non-military children. And chances are we are not seeing the whole picture. In my opinion, there are pros and cons to both. Approximately two billion three hundred ninety-eight children in the world are non-military children which means about 87% of those kids are born and raised in the same town let alone live in a different country. One thing that's cool about being a military child is that as you grow up you get to see cool places, try new things, and experience different cultures. I have lived in many places including Utah, Idaho, Georgia, Utah (again), Virginia, and now Belgium. Another cool thing is living in Europe. Chances are I would have never gotten to do it without being a military child. But going to school on a base with so many different people from different places is awesome. However, there are also some cons to it. Like having to leave people who were your friends and even your family. Then again there are also some neutral things like starting over. On the negative side, you have to start over again and again and again. But sometimes it's a good thing to have a fresh start. You can make people see you how you want to be seen. No one knows who you are and you can't recreate yourself. And that's why being a military child is interesting.
