My father is in the military I move every few years, Losing touch with old friends, It’s not all bad, though The new places I visit, And the new cultures make it worth it Red, white, and blue are the reasons I move so often Yay, I would say when I’m told we’re moving to a new Country, but I never truly wanted to leave However close it still was to my old home I’d never know children other than Americans, Little did they know I would be leaving them Dad told me that he didn’t know where we would move Mom said “Germany or Belgium” Other than friends, I was excited to go New experiences, new friends They wouldn’t be the same, though However, being a military child is one of the best experiences.
