Being a military child in Albania was always easy for me because my family didn't move to different countries or cities. The only time I have moved was when we moved to Belgium. It was hard for me to leave my friends and family, especially my grandparents, but I had to come here and start a new chapter of my life. I never understood the perks of being a military child until I came where I am now; many of my old friends have moved and it has been hard sometimes. But, being a military child also has its benefits. One of the benefits of being a military child is meeting people from all around the world who relate to me. I have made many best friends from all around the world and I did not realize how much I love them and will miss them until now. It is my last couple of months here and I will have to move back to my country. I don’t know if I should be afraid, anxious or happy. I will go back to my friends and family, but I will leave a lot of meaningful people in my life and a piece of me behind. I will never forget this place and all the wonderful memories I've made.
