Only a few years, four at most

Now it’s time to go again off to somewhere new

I’ll get my friends number to talk to them

But soon we stop talking as our new lives push us away from what we once knew

We travel overseas, it feels like we moved to a new planet

So far away from what I called home

I have to make new friends, meet new teachers

My mom says I’ll come to like it, but why try when we’ll leave so soon
