Hello my name is Henry. I'm going to tell you the pros and cons of being a military child. What I like about being a military child is I can learn different things. Another thing I like about being a military child is that I can make new friends and play sports that I might not have been able to play in other places I have lived before Okinawa. Two things I don’t like about being a military child is that there are limited choices on where to move so it is hard to choose and also getting to the airport because sometimes it takes so long to get to the airport.

I’ve had some cool experiences! I’ve seen a blimp fly over my house when I lived in Ohio when I was about 5 or 6 years old. When I saw a blimp flying over my house, at first I thought it was a star but I didn’t really know so I watched as it fly closer and that’s when I realized it was a blimp.

A con of being a military child are for some people they might not like airplanes so moving might be hard for them another thing some people don’t like is leaving friends which lots of people do not like at all. Some of the pros of being a military child is you can learn the different cultures of the world, you can do different activities, and make new friends.
