Hello, I am Reginald and I’m a Military child. I like being a Military child because I like to move and go on airplanes. My three favorite places I’ve lived are Japan, California, and Maryland. Being on an airplane is an experience, like how all of a sudden everything was muffled. Also, chewing gum for a 3 hour flight, and chewing the same piece of gum for a 9 hour connecting flight, and the same piece of gum for a 2 hour connecting flight, and the same piece of gum waiting for a taxi, it just never seems to lose its flavor. One of my celebrations was going to Japan for the first time. The food is amazing, and there is interesting stuff like peach flavored Kit Kats. The packaged food in convenience stores is so convenient. One of the challenges I faced is going away from friends and family, but I still have contact with them. Also, going to a new school and making new friends is hard because you don't know anything about them. One experience I had was driving to Maryland from California. We would drive for hours, look for a hotel that allowed animals, sleep, and drive again. I would lay down in the back of the car and get comfy for the drive. A little bit of advice is don’t lick cold poles just because you saw it in a cartoon and always go with the flow even if you end up in California.
