I like my dad being in the military because we get to travel a lot. I've been to Texas, Kentucky, Florida, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Georgia, Okiawana, Japan, and South Korea. My birthplace was at Fort Stewart Georgia. Then, I went to Okiawna and shortly after we went toTennessee. We lived in Oklahoma for 3 years, but sadly, my dad left on April 14, 2022 to go to Qatar for 10 months. He came back and I gave him a big hug. Although my dad was gone almost every weekend we stayed in Texas from Friday to Sunday. I liked being able to see my cousins in Texas. In December 2023, We moved to South Korea and our flight was 14 hours long. I slept a lot on the plane. After that, we stayed at the hotel for 10 days at Humphreys and we watched AFN family. Every breakfast we had free breakfast like muffins, oatmeal from Quakers, and more. After that, we traveled by bus to Camp Walker in daegu. Then, we went to the hotel for 1 day. We walked to the family housing, and moved into the towers that next day. We have fun in Korea. I went to the Luge in Busan, Lotte World, and got to go to Japan for Christmas. We had fun in Japan because we went to Universal Studios in Osaka, Japan. Sometimes I get sad because I miss my cousins and my family back in Texas but I made friends in South Korea. Overall, it’s fun being a military child.
