Imagine running towards the sunset with your friends playing tag on a tropical island. This is just life for me. In my opinion being a military child is fantastic but sometimes it is challenging. A few reasons that being a military child is both awesome and A few reasons being a military child is hard are you get to make friends you get to hike but you have to leave friends. That is why being a military child is awesome but hard.
The first reason why I think being a military child is fantastic is because you get to make new friends, maybe even make best friends. When I moved here I met my best friend named Able. He left when I was 4 though, so I can’t remember what he did that much. Another example is once Able left I met someone named River and he became my best friend from then on. Another example of a friend I made in Second grade is a friend named Kayden. Who doesn’t like to make a new friend? When you’re a military child, it happens all the time!
Another reason is you get to go to interesting places. For example you can go to places like Okinawa or Spokane. Another example on Summer break I went to Universal Studios with my Parents. Also I went to a really cool place called Thailand. I went to a trampoline park with my friend River. That is one reason why being a military child is so awesome.
Being a military child is also challenging it because you have to leave friends. The first reason my being a military child is sad is that you have to leave your friend. For example, when I left my old home I left my friend Mason. Also when I left my house I was sad. Also when I left someone was taking care of my house for us. Another reason is being a military child decides if you have to leave food like sushi. This is why being a military child is challenging.
That is why being a military child is fantastic but sometimes challenging. That is what I like about it you get to make new friends like your BFF. You also get to go to fun places but you have to move and leave friends and the foods you like. Now you know how amazing being a military child can be just like you!
