As a military child I would say it is pretty interesting, when I was in 5th grade I made really good friends I stayed connected with them from all the way up to sophomore year I rarely talk to them anymore so I would say that friendship are hard to maintain, When I was a freshmen I would say It was interesting because I would go to a public school filled with children whose parents weren’t apart of the military so it was interesting seeing all the different types of kids my age. You would see a lot of different things from kids smoking in the bathrooms or fights escalating, You would see kids sleeping or they are on their phone during class ignoring the teacher. But there aren't always bad things. I have met a couple of good people while I was attending a public school who would inspire me, I would also find other military kids would end up becoming my friend or just be mutual with me. Relationships with the military parent would be kind of hard considering the fact that they would always be deployed or they might be on duty but it would be worth it when they come back. Financially I would say it was pretty good. I never felt like I was poor. I always felt as If I was sufficient and I had just enough to get me through life. Overall being a military kid is nice and it's also just a decent way of living.
