My life as a military child, as long as i've been alive i have been a military child. If im being honest it's all i know because i've lived on military bases and been to military schools my whole life. Im not sure what non military children experience through the ages of 1-18 but for me its pretty much been the same, military schools which are similar to public but to me are a lot safer. Im a senior in high school and ive never witnessed anything in school that made me feel in danger. Another thing is traveling i travel every 3-4 years which is pretty normal for most military families i have never settled in one place or school for more than 6 years.Lastly is base life, Living on a base is like living in a big town. I always shop at the same stores, i always notice the same people and i know the whole place by heart.
