I’ve been to many places,

Where the trees danced,

Or the deer pranced,

Like my mind in new places.

The years race by like zoom,

As my friends move on,

Their memories of me gone,

But I move on as well.

I’m happy wherever I am,

Whether there are mountains or bogs,

Or if it’s raining cats and dogs,

I will always adapt like a dandelion.
