Boxing the beds, Packaging the meds, Shipping all the things away To another place and a new base. The house is empty— Just like a bird's nest in December. No matter where I go, I always make my temporary home. Another strange, mysterious place, Waiting for me to explore and make new friends, Just like a chameleon blending into a tree. The new house starts off empty, But I know it will be plenty. It feels pretty late, But my parents say I’ll see a big crate! My new house starts off like a small seed, And soon it shall become a big tree.
