“It was like walking in a 6-year old’s dream.” This was one of the thoughts I had iIn December when I went to Universal Studios with my family here in Japan. “We’re going to Universal Studios to celebrate Kai’s birthday. My mom told us when we were eating at the table. My brother was very excited to go, we never went to Universal Studios before so I thought it would be fun to go someplace new. My mom said that we would be living in a few weeks. After a few weeks have past we were ready to go to Universal Studios. It took us a couple of hours to get there and by the time we got there it was already night time. We checked in and went to our room. We had two rooms. My dad and Kai slept in one room and my mom and I slept in another. Because my parents are in the military It was easy for us to go while stationed out here.
On the first night we ate and went to sleep, on the 2nd day there we went exploring and saw what the park had. After experiencing what the park had to offer, my favorite ride there had to be “The Flying Dinosaur “. It was a long wait, but it was worth it because it felt like I was actually flying. People waved at us from below during the ride, when the ride was done I was very dizzy. When we got off the ride, we got something to eat and then we found the minion part of the park. We stood in line for a ride Kai wanted to do while my dad stayed with my other brother on the other side of the ride. The ride wasn’t that fun for my mom and I, but Kai loved it.
We also went into the gift shop and I got a minion bag and a minion bear. His name is Bob and then we explored some more and found a little kid place. There was Hello Kitty, Elmo, and Charlie brown. We went to the store and we got even more things, and then we went back to the hotel room and slept. On the last day my mom wanted to ride on this really fun ride that would go backwards but we didn’t get on the backwards one though we went on the forward one for the ride we had to wait awhile to get on I really like this ride but it was raining so the rain hit my face pretty hard. After that we bought more stuff and explored one last time then we went back to the hotel. This was just a small taste of my family’s adventure at Universal Studios.
