Dear President Biden, My family’s things were supposed to be shipped from North Carolina to Japan when we moved, but kept being delayed and stayed in the same place for about a month, when it moved and stayed in California for two months. I know that many people in the military have the same problem, and they move a lot. I think the process of shipping the military families’ things should be made into a faster and easier process.
