My life as a military child is amazing because I get to move to different places, make new friends, and maybe see my family members. For example, I have a friend named Kenzie, my funniest friend. I also have a friend named Evelyn, who is my smartest friend. I love all my friends because they are all funny, cheerful, and great partners. But it's hard being a military child because you have to say goodbye to friends and sometimes my dad leaves on a trip and comes back in a few weeks or months.
When I move to different places it's off to a good start and then when I start getting used to it, then it’s not really a big deal. Sometimes you make mistakes on the first day of school. For example, on my first day of school my mom said she would pick me up. I thought she meant she was going to pick me up at my school, but she actually meant she would pick me up at the bus stop.
Why I don't like being a military child is because I don’t like leaving my friends, best friends and family members. Sometimes I don’t feel well on a plane while flying because the plane goes up, then down, and sometimes I feel dizzy.
But most of all, altogether, I love being a military child.
