How Military Life makes me who I am

Even though I am not a Military Child, I am Military associated which means I still know what it's like to move and leave friends. Though I have not done it as often as other kids, it still hurts just as bad. When I realized that Military life made me different, I started to look at things differently. I took moving as a positive thing because I would get to live in different places and meet new people. My perspective started to change. I would get to experience places that some of my friends might never get to. I was lucky to travel around the world and say I have lived in so many cool places. Being a Military child makes you realize things like; how to be resilient and not feel sad when you PCS, or being able to make new friends. Military life also get bragging rights, because you mom, dad, or stepparent might have an awesome job that you can tell people about. Where Military life has its ups and downs, positives and negatives, it teaches a lesson about change and challenges.
