The world is a big place when you get to explore it. As a military kid, life can be challenging but fun at the same time. I lived in Florida for about 9 years until I heard the news that my family and I were moving. From that day onward, everything changed for me. At first, it was hard on me because I had to leave my friends and family that lived near me for so long. But I knew that eventually, I would have to move on and adjust. I knew I should focus on the positive. Although it can be hard to make new friends, learning about other people’s experiences is interesting. It's always fun to explore new places and cultures. I also have to say that traveling and meeting new people are the fun parts about being a military kid. It may get rough at times, but I slowly learn that I’m experiencing more things in a few years than what most people see in an entire lifetime.
