2023/Edward-

Month of the Military Child

I believe that military children are strong and resilient for a number of reasons. One of these reasons is that they are able to deal with many different situations involving them or their parents moving. One of these situations is when a parent moves away for deployment. A parent moving away for deployment could be a few miles away, or away to another country. Another possible situation is when they move every three or four years.

Moving away every three or four years can be difficult for a military child to handle. It might not even be them who is moving, but a friend who has to move away might be difficult to deal with. It may be hard for the child to leave their friends and have to move to another different area and have to try and make new friends, but a military child can usually deal with it. Military children also may be strong and resilient in other different ways, mentally or physically. Military children are also independent and often don’t have to rely on others.

Military children are also able to adapt to when plans are changed and they can adjust to their surroundings. They are able to go with what is happening around them as they have to move often. Although it may be difficult for them to move away from friends, they are able to handle it. They are also strong, courageous, and brave because of this. They have all dealt with situations such as this.

In conclusion, military children are strong and resilient because of their experiences such as having to deal with a parent going on deployment, or moving. More of these such experiences include when a friend moves, which can be difficult to be dealt with, but military children deal with it. There is also when there is a sudden change of plans, but military children are brave enough for it. They are also independent and usually won’t have to rely on others. Military children are brave, strong, and courageous because of all of this.
