It is hard being a military child because you have to leave your friends behind and you can really miss them because you may not be able to see them again. You might be able to see them on Facetime but you don't really get to see them in person. Leaving friends behind can be really sad. Also when your dad leaves it can be really sad because he can be gone for a really long time. I experienced that myself. Also when you leave pets it can be really sad because you might not ever be able to see them again. When that happened to me I was really sad. This is why it's hard being a military child.

It is fun being a military child because when you get a new house it can be super fun because it could be big or small. Also, you're in a new neighborhood so you get to meet new friends and that can be super fun because you miss your old friends. It could be really fun going to a new school and meeting new friends there and maybe they live in your neighborhood too. Also when you're in a new neighborhood, maybe you can learn new cultures from a friend there. Learning new cultures can be fun because you get to learn their traditional outfits, their meals, and tons of other things. Also when you have new friends they can invite you to go to their house and play with them . This is why I think it's fun being a military child.
