I am a military kid from Greece, always on the go

Packing up my life, every few years or so

Leaving behind friends, but making new ones too

Seeing new places, and trying something new

A military kid can travel far and wide,

In this great big world, there's nowhere to hide,

From mountains to oceans, and everything in between, The places I go are like nothing you've seen.

My parents serve our country,

and I'm proud to say I understand sacrifice,

in my little way

Sometimes it's hard,

but I know we'll get through

Because we're a military family, and that's what we do.
