A Life As a Polish Military Child

A life as a military child is not very different from your normal child life. Also I can say that it's not that hard like some of you may think about how it looks.

FIrst of all,I am Polish and it wasn't that easy to come here, and go to all-English classes, even though we had English lessons in Poland, It wasn't helping that much. It was a bit easier for me to learn it again, because I lived there for like three or four years in the Netherlands where I was speaking everywhere in English except my house, but I was small and I didn’t want to practice it and I forgot it. My dad, he works for the Polish In the military. Some of are things that I don’t like is that he is always coming home in the afternoon at like five or six, even sometimes at seven o'clock, and at home he is also working, maybe sometimes earlier, but it is when he finishes his work faster. So a lot of times he wasn’t able to help my mom, or me and my brother for example in homework, but I know that he is trying to do it faster to be able to help us all.

I am almost 13 years old, I am in seventh grade so I have work to do, but for most of it my mom cannot help me, even though she has work to do what maybe she is not working every day, but she is doing for as everything, like cleaning or making us food, what are maybe small things that we may don’t see but with school is hard to help her, but I’ am trying to.

Secondly, we are living for long periods of time in different places, sometimes three hours from our family and sometimes twelve. Now I am in Belgium here in American Middle School what is my second time I left my friends and family for three/four years, and I think last, because I know that you can live only two/three times, so different Military Soldiers can live, to be better payed and to by and to experience new things

First I was in the Netherlands for I think three or four years, and now I'm in Belgium. Maybe you think that it is cool that you saw more places, but it is not as cool and easy as you may think it is. You need to say goodbye to all your people that you love behind, like family and friends for a long time and start all over again. By starting to go to a new school and having new friends and teachers. It's not that hard when you were doing that already. In the end you also need to say goodbye to your new friends, and even forever, because they may be from different countries.

As you can see is not that amazing like you think it is, and not only for as, for example my mom was in Poland a beauticians, but she abandoned everything and the salon so that we could go so as not to be separated from our dad, but she still accepts clients here, but now we all are together with my also dog and hamster happy.

Also I know that it's gonna help me to go to a good school and to experience new things that may change my life.
