Being a military child is not that easy. It’s not easy because when your parents are in the military you can get sent off to a different country. This means that you will have to leave your old school, your friends, and your home. It’s kinda annoying because then you will have to make new friends and get settled in your new home. But once you're settled it’s not that bad. And this exact thing happened to me. When I was in my home country school for 5 years straight, my parents gave me news that next year I would be learning at Shape International Middle School. And I was sad when I heard it because I had been in my school for 5 years, and had so many friends since 1st grade. I said I did not want to go to Belgium, but I had no choice. And when it was my last day in my home country. I was sad because I had so many memories in my house, and with friends. But once we left there was no going back. And after 1 day and 8 hours of driving from Lithuania to Belgium by car. We arrived at our new home in Belgium. The new generation will start for me. And I was not willing to go to a new school because I didn't know English that well. I was level 2 when I first got my results. But I had awesome teachers that made me go to level 4. And I'm happy that I hit level 4. And I’m trying to progress more. After 1 year of being in Shape, I have friends, and I’m familiar with everything so far. But it will be hard when I will have to move out.
