Growing up in a military family, I've had unique experiences. My mom, a former Navy member became a teacher for military children when she departed the Navy. This has kept us connected to the military community. The number 76 symbolizes the USS Ronald Reagan, stationed at CFAY where we lived. The Navy flag represents my mom's service, and the airplane signifies the aircraft I've encountered at MCAS Iwakuni, including sitting in a fighter jet cockpit. The soldier in my collage signifies the sacrifices of military parents around the world, providing their children with unique experiences like the ones I have gotten.
