Living as a military child means I move to different places because of my dad's job in the U.S. Army. When I was born, I lived in Washington State, but then we had to move to New York States because my dad joined the army. I stayed in Fort Drum for 4 years, and I went to Black River Elementary School there. I made my best friends there!

But then, my dad got assigned to South Korea, so we all moved there. Now I go to Humphreys Central Elementary School.

Living in different places can feel exciting because I get to see new things and meet new friends. I like making new friends and learning about different places. But sometimes, it can be hard because I have to say goodbye to my old friends and get used to a new school and home.

One thing that's the same for me and other kids is that we all go to school and have families who love us. But what's different is that I move a lot because of my dad's job. That can be tough sometimes, but it also makes me strong and adaptable.

In conclusion, being a military child has its challenges and rewards. While saying goodbye to old friends and adapting to new environments can be tough, it also offers exciting opportunities to explore different places and cultures.
