What is Being a Military Child Means to Me

Most of the time your dad leaves on duty or deployment and you won't really have anything to do or something. Maybe your dad has to go to war or fight another country like britain. They would also go in a submarine or in different things but it's to protect the country and its people. They also have sonars (for the submarine) to detect other submarines. Submarines also have torpedoes to shoot down other submarines.

Sometimes when your dad is gone for months or maybe a year it can get lonely when your dads not home. But you can hangout with your friends and have fun. Maybe you can play tag or astro ball. Maybe some swings, soccer, football, or baseball. You can technically do whatever you want with your friends only if it's legal though.

Sometimes you get bullies which is bad but you will never really get them since some teachers are strict. You will also visit new places like Japan or South Korea. But you can stay away from bullies by doing everything quickly or staying next to a teacher or someone who can help since bullies can hurt you. You can fight back but you will most likely get in trouble and not the bully. But you'll get strikes though to get expelled or suspended depending on what you did.

You do get to see and eat new foods like sushi. Sometimes you'll find good food quickly in a new area. You will also have some good snacks to share. There will most likely be marts everywhere like in japan. Sometimes snacks are in a base like where your home is and like the same snacks.

You will also see new people like Mexicans or Asians. When you travel to a new area you will mostly have to figure out how to order stuff in their language. You will most likely have to get used to the weather that the people are used to. You will also have to figure out how to use different things to eat.

So that's life as a military child.
