Being a military child isn’t as fun. It’s not fun in my opinion because I don’t like leaving my friends. For me it is hard making new friends and getting used to new houses.

What I like about being a military child is moving. I like visiting places, I don’t move as much because my dad retired from the military. Still I am a military child.

One thing my dad told me was that in his military team there were only eight people. The other military had over hundreds of people. My dad told me that one time he got shot in the right leg, but he is fine now. One of his military friends died.

Sometimes being a military child is hard saying bye to your dad. It’s sometimes fun meeting new places and eating new foods. Being a military child can be scary and exciting to meet places. It is hard leaving friends but that’s what military children have to do leaving good friends.
