It is hard being a military connected child. It is hard because you have to move a lot. Before I was in Hawaii and now, I am in Japan. The sad part is that you have to leave all your friends and family behind. The best part is that you get to make new friends. You also might be able to see your old friends. I go back to Hawaii every Summer I am here. I only knew I was coming to Japan two months before we were going. I am happy I’m a military connected child because you get to make friends everywhere I go. Now I have friends in America and Japan. That is why being a military connected child is awesome and hard.
