One bad thing about being a military child is that I can’t have best friends, otherwise I'll be sad when I or they move. In fourth grade, my family and I moved to Japan. I would have liked not to have moved because I left a lot of friends behind. During the plane take off, my insides felt like they were going to be outside, but we got here safely. The reason I like to be a military child is because I might find people who really get me. The best thing is I could find good friends. Being in Japan is a new experience for me because I am excited to try new food. So far, I have tried sushi, Okinawa soba, and original Japanese ramen. I love Okinawa soba the best because I can control the spice levels. In conclusion, I don’t really like being a military child. The part that is hard for me is leaving my friends behind.
