Life as a military child is fun, hard and happy. Do you know why? Well I'm glad you asked. First I get to eat new food. It might be yummy, or not. Second, you get to travel with your family. You get to spend time with your family and friends. You also get to learn new things. At first I thought people would not like me because I was different. I felt lonely and left out. But I was brave and fearless. Now I feel more comfortable at this time.

I went to a new school which was the Sullivans School. I made new friends at the school. When I first came to the school it was hard. I had a hard time at my new school. Each day it was more difficult. I was scared that I would not be accepted . I was brave though. This year it got easier. Now in 3rd grade I feel more confident. I am moving soon so we have to get ready to leave. Lastly, being a military child you get to travel to a lot of places. You can also see your favorite places. I will be kind of sad when I leave my old home, but it will be very fun.
