Hello my name is Julien Joseph-Olais and I'm a highschool senior at Kubasaki High School. I want to talk about being a military child. Being a military child has its pros and their cons. The pros being that I'm in Japan, a place I always thought of visiting but now I'm living in it. It is so much fun to be able to be in a foreign country and be able to visit the neighboring countries as well. But the cons of always moving is being away from family and friends that you made back in the states. Sometimes it's hard to leave behind your family and friends to move to an unfamiliar country but you get to make new friends and be able to experience the culture of the country you're currently living in. In my opinion Being a military child is pretty cool but it can be lonely at times but that's okay. I get to experience new things everyday and be diverse within their culture.
