I wonder what normalcy is.

Do generations of a family tree normally live in the same town?

Do people seriously live across the street from their relatives?

Do they get to plan out their lives for at least years in advance?

I can’t ask my parents about this.

Or my grandparents, or their parents.

My family tree has belonged to the Air Force for as long as my family remembers

I’m starting to think being in the military is an inheritable trait in my family.
