My Life as a Military Child

Do you want to know what it is like packing and unpacking like a pro? As a military child, I have learned to do this. I move so much that it does not take me long anymore to pack my clothes. It takes about 10 minutes. Moving so often gives me a chance to try new things. I travel and live in many places and have gone to many different schools.

I’ve been to 4 states and 3 countries! I was born in Georgia. I have lived in Florida, Alabama, and Okinawa, which is where I am now. I have traveled to New York, California (San Francisco), and Tokyo. I have tried lots of new food in my adventures. I have tried tofu, rice balls, Family Mart snacks, 7-11, Lawsons, gyoza, fried pickles, and dumplings. I have tried many drinks too like this soda called C.C lemon. It is really good, and different types of lemon tea. I drink almost everything in a Japanese vending machine.

Now, the last thing i'm going to talk about is the four schools I have been to. I can't remember the names of the first two schools, but I was in Miss Camala’s class from kinder to first. Also miss Crawford's class for half of second grade. I went to Bob Hope for the rest of second grade. Also, Amelia Earhart for third and fourth grade and maybe fifth. As you can see, there are lots of things that military children get to do. I think being a military child is pretty great.
